Excellent Customer Service

First I made a mistake ordering and e mailed the company. I received a quick reply and the mistake was quickly rectified. I received my order on time. I was very impressed with the service. The cycle part I ordered was a very reasonable price.

Quality bike shop

I had an issue with an item I bought and it was resolved the next day without question or prompting, that's customer service! I will have them on my checklist when I'm next needing anything. I have used them in the past so knew they were reputable and this experience fortifies that. I would recommend High on Bikes based on past and present experience.
