Have placed 2 orders wtih this company over the last 5 years. Neither order was without its own issues. The first one was substantially less issues than the most recent. I had ordered a bundle from them and was tracking it. At some point, it got lost, and was no longer moving through USPS, the tracking wasn't updating, so I contacted support. I was told repeatedly for a week or so to give it another couple days, I was assured that I would get what I paid for. When i finally threatened a chargeback, they said they were sending me out a replacement package, and some freebies. The catch was, the warehouse was backed up, and it would take a few days, and they were also going to re-use the same tracking that was already in the system and showing lost. At that time I should have just gotten a refund. after almost a month from my original order date, and about 10 days after being told that they were shipping me a new box, the post office MAGICALLY found my original package, with a damage label.
So at this point, i had the reshipment "sent out" and the original. The original got to me, 45 days after i purchased it. The reshipment, never got here, nor did the freebies they were sending me, so they lied and never sent it to me.
After the chargeback, even though they got their money, they voided the warranty that I paid for on all the products and blacklisted my credit card.
This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to purchaes anything from. Their products aren't even good compared to their competitors.
Do your self a favor and stay as far away from highfivevape.com as you can. They suck.
