Poor customer service.
I requested a return 7 days after purchase after realizing I had ordered the wrong edition. The box was unopened.
Hifisound refused the return based on a technicality: the purchase was made through my company, and their fine print excludes business purchases from returns. While this may be legally correct, it shows little interest in customer goodwill or long-term relationships.
I recommend choosing other suppliers with far better customer service.

The Audiopro A10 description showed “Wiim Edition” but the received box showed “powered by Linkplay”.
The same speaker ordered earlier from AmazonUS showed “Wiim Edition”. So WRONG product caption.

Still don’t know the real tech difference but for now both can be used properly by the Wiim home app.

If i knew it was a “powerd by Linkplay” box i would have ordered it from a dutch webshop, that would have saved me the shipping cost.

Used Amazon pay, but my address was not properly passed on, so my name and address were mixed up.
The webshop did not use my CORRECTED address.
Fortunately it was possible to redirect the delivery to a pickup point.

I ordered from Italy, very competitive prices, shipping times were excellent as well as the packaging. Had a slight issue with the delivery as not all the items arrived at the same time, but customer support was helpful in providing precise information. Would definitely buy from them again.

You have the opportunity to measure a shop's quality when you have an issue and how they solve it.
I've had some problems with the delivery, but they have answered quickly and proposed a fair resolution.
