I searched around for the Wharfedale Diamond 210 bookshelf speakers for my small home office and hifipro was one of the few places that carried them and at a reasonable price. The service and response time was great and I actually received them sooner than stated. They were also packaged very well. The speakers themselves did not disappoint as I knew they would not.

I was recommended by a friend and heard that service is good. But, it was not what I got from the business owner. I ordered a Chord Mojo replacement battery and i was tracking it every single day. I contacted my local postal service about my package and they confirmed it was lost. So I contacted HiFiPro and told them about my package getting lost in transit. I asked if I could have a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible because I waited for more than 4 weeks for the initial delivery. But the HiFiPro insisted that I should wait even after I told them it was already missing in transit with official confirmation from my local postal service. After another further 2 weeks I asked for a refund and HiFiPro still insist on waiting for the package. As you know you have wasted my time on waiting. And I didn't like the response that I was given for something that only cost 90+ CAD$

Ordered an Elac 3010 on Thursday morning and it was delivered to Ontario on Friday morning. That kind of service can't be beat. The sub works great and has added a whole new dimension to the music that I listen too.
I will certainly be looking at Hifipro for my next purchase.
