Product as advertised and service was excellent.
I was so pleased to have come across their add for a refurbished cambridge amplifier that was advertised in 'as new' condition.It was exactly what I was looking for and priced right.It arrived complete and in the original box along with the manual.I was kept update on the shipping process along the way and it arrived shortly after my order was processed.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering any of their products.

The product I wanted was in stock
The product I wanted was in stock, and delivered in a reasonable time-frame; They had communicated well that they were away on vacation up front which was nice. Price was as good as any other sellers, but only hifipro had the colour in stock.
I have contacted them about a minor flaw in one speaker and hope to hear back shortly, - its not affecting me listening to music!

Awesome experience.
My experience with HIFIPRO.CA has been quite good. The cable I had ordered was not in stock so the next longer cable was offered for no addition charges. How awesome is that. Shipping was quick and I received the order in less than one week.
