Very bad do not buy from them
Placed an order for a speaker after 5 days of no communication I called to see what was happening (took 15 minutes of hanging on the phone) to get through to someone who told me product was out of stock with the supplier and it would be 2 weeks.
Called 2 weeks later was told it still had not arrived and would be another week. Called back a week later and given another excuse for another weeks delay, these may have been genuine delays however I was never notified of these delays unless I chased them. Anyway after 5 weeks of constant excuses I asked for a refund as the product had not arrived and they could not give me an indication when it would arrive.
This then took another 5 weeks of constant chasing to get a refund, I was told no less than 4 times that the refund had been made and it would take 4 to 5 days to credit only to find 5 days later it had not. I once called to chase the refund (2nd time I had been told it had been done) to be told someone had forgotten to press send to action the refund. This company is may have all the logo's on their site to give you confidence in buying online with them but I do not think there is any substance behind the scenes. Their customer service is a joke, their customer management systems are a joke.
I did eventually get my refund 11 weeks after placing my original order however in order to get that I had to make 14 phone calls and hung on the phone for over 2 hours in total.
