For some unknown to me reason they are full of themselves, turning their noses up at pretty much everyone. I was advised a much better alternative – AFFsexy.com
I have been using it and some other dating sites for 3 months and now I can say for sure: this is by far the best hookup site I have ever dealt with. I have already met dozen of hot girls via this platform. I didn't have to pay anyone, I wasn't under pressure to cover any of their expenses. no requests for money, no hints about financial help. Trust me, Hi5 does not even compare!

they have updated the site as a phone app on their website so now you can't search for matches there super bad service after 15 years of use I'm deleting my profile

I never used this site but somehow or someone I guess, stole my information and made a fake account on here claiming to be me. Can't find anywhere to get this resolved

I play a game called PETS on HI5. Have been playing it for 15 years or more. Have tons of pet cash and experience. Suddenly my account was hacked into. They obviously transfered all my cash then did something to get me banned so I can't get my pets back. I contacted HI5 , they said I was deleted for violating the terms of service. I told them I did nothing, obviously I was hacked. 15 years of playing the game, never contacting anyone, just buying pets and gaining experience. They won't restore my account. They do NOT care about hacked account or that your account has been violated. They just delete. Terrible customer service. Terrible way to treat a 15 year user. They should be shamed of themselves. I did nothing wrong, and I get deleted because someone took advantage of me. And HI5 won't fix it.

A humble request never trust this provider as their attitude is different no value for customer from owner end and for them customer is a garbage and working hours are even less then government office no calls they would ever receive please donot fall in trap of service at cheap rate as service is also cheap

Totally fake profiles. It shows pictures of basically 20 year old girls all claiming to be mid 40s and from my area and for some weird reason... Mostly all native American.

I struggle to understand what this app is meant to be apart from a hotpot of fake profiles, bots Introduced by the developer itself to potentially keep engagement figures up or just a complete pile of garbage.
Profile after profile of bot accounts, scammers primarily from West Africa, boys and probably adult men and perverts using girls pictures on their profiles in order to attract innocent users.

Their main purpose is to ask for money, top up cards, gift cards, your data and everything else in between.
The app developer has no proper due diligence in place and I can bet my money, does not take action on any reporting by users despite the function being 'available'. I must have blocked over 300 profiles. When I look through them, they're still active.

I've spent years on Hi5 on and off and just use it to pass time and waste scammers' time. I must have spoken to a handful of real people who have used their own images but you're probably looking at 1/10 profiles that are actually real.

Do not give out any of your data /information and certainly no payment or bank transfers especially when western union is mentioned or anything similar.
It is a scammers and fraudsters paradise. I've reverse searched images and picked up IP addresses from Nigeria, south Africa and Ghana primarily that end up being hotspots for this kind of activity.

Moral of my review is, Hi5 doesn't care no matter what theyre going to feed you. They just copy and paste canned responses and avoid making any changes to their KYC on profiles. Use at your own risk.

Absolutely terrible customer service my friend purchased 2 settees very very poor workmanship when she got in contact she was promised an exchange which never happened even after paying an extra £43 that never happened then it was a refund again never happened and then an abusive voicemail which she still has and now they have blocked her altogether so CAB and trading standards you have been warned keep well clear you will only get done over STAY WELL CLEAR

I have used this for 2 years or more, in mu opinion so bad site, my reasons:
1- I would like to meet girls outside my country, site hi5 doesn't give opportunities
2- The girls are fake not real, because they are don't answer just setting salint
3- Or they are rude asking money

My daughter enjoys coming to HI5 the staff here are super friendly and customer service is 10/10

This is a scamming Website - If you do not send money to them then they start insulting you, call you fake, block you - This is a Terrible Website and needs to be taken off the Internet.

Horrible app. I joined and received messages that were sick, others called me fake, then the next day i logged checked in and 5 minutes later i was kicked off and my email address canceled for no reason at all. I had not even replied or chatted to anyone. I was actually working out how the Pets game worked when i was kicked off. Thanks for wasting my time.

The profiles on this site are 95% fake, spammers or porn. They can cancel you account any time they want and all they tell you is you violated their terms and conditions. Don't waste your time.

Easily the worst website on the whole internet except for two girls, one cup. To call this a website is like calling a bag full of human waste a dinner time snack. This is not trolling rather than an honest review of the worst garbage site I have ever had the displeasure pf finding. My first week on this site, I was chatting with someone promising unwanted love. They were part of an big pawnsy scam.
Fake bank accounts were made in my name in different states, they were trying to launder money in my name to other Countries for in my opinion, for illegal or terrorist plots. Hi5 deleted their account but so what! All the damage had already started once we greeted one another with an Hello.
So I set my profile for my Country only and I'm still getting messages from all around the World.
There is nothing flattering about that! Most women are being used for someone else's financial gain. Which is nothing short of being an PIMP! Playing pets is mostly what I like to do. But that is even an Scam! When is enough is enough?

Clearly Hi5 would be an lucrative business if immoral scammers weren't behind it. But unfortunately, most sites have money hungry vultures running them and it seems impossible to do something about it.
But if there was an way to start making these owners pay substantial fines for allowing such conduct to take place, also with the knowledge of cutting their money supply off by removing such sites.
That way the people that are on with no good in tensions will diminish.

It is full of hackers and the owner cannot get to grips with it, reason is, i think, because of the pet rún, the same hackers are privileged to keep making new profiles, or tagged turn a blind eye to it all.

I have a good firewall and i can see on daily basis, hackers ip address, i have been hacked there also and had to have my computer cleaned by computer stores, very costly.
They hotkeys players turns up high voltage to make your hand numb also, these people believes no one but themselves should play the game.
