Great experience. Very friendly and straight forward with instructions. Dr shuaib and team were extremely welcoming and talked me through every step. Defo reccomend.

Coming to get my procedure I Was very anxious and nervous at first but Dr Shuaib and HGC staff put me at ease straight away and made me feel very comfortable , I am really happy with the results and would definitely recommend these guys in the future.

I can't praise this company enough, the customer service was first class and I received my product in a couple of days.

Bought a bird house and a bird feeder. They are both very good quality and really different, fabulous Christmas presents. Couldn't get my payment to go through but HRG sent me an email and I telephoned and everything went ahead from there. Received in the post a couple of days later. I needed to order a large quantity of some birdhouses, it was very difficult to get some one on the phone, but once we did they were extremely helpfull informative and I am very happy with our service from HGC.

Didnt have the size product I had ordered, but they phoned me inmeditely and offered me the next size up at the same price! and then it was delivered the next day. Excellent service!

I thought I had purchased a picnic basket from HGC, and contacted them because a wine glass was broken. It turned out I had actually purchased from Amazon, who were then out of stock for a replacement. So I ordered one from HGC - the man I dealt with was friendly, and very helpful; knowing that time was of the essence, he rang me to assure me that the new basket was on its way; and even persuaded the manufacturer to include some contents which had been in the original item but were not usually available from HGC. Five stars are not enough to rate the service I received - should be ten!
