Very poor customer service

From start to finish getting my new bed and mattress was a headache, seller would expect me to take it up with the courier and not give any sort of fair help. Fiddle eBay cases to come out in their favour with no real care for their customers. First delivery failed due to damage, second delivery was missing the mattress and headboard causing considerable restless nights as the mattress was needed for our new bed. Wouldn't recommend, purely because of extremely poor and unhelpful customer service from this company.

Home furnishings (hf4you.co.uk)

Ordered a regency zip and lock bed. Delivered yesterday. Wrong size bed bases and mattresses delivered. 190cm long instead of 2metres. Very large issue when my son is just under 6ft and his feet hang over the end of the bed. Mattresses received are too wide for the bed and over hang by about 10cm. Cannot get hold of them by phone as it just rings and no option to leave a voicemail (on any of the 4 options). Email bounces back as undeliverable. Looks like it will have to go through a dispute with my credit card company instead for a full refund if they will not allow me to make contact

A+++++. Perfect in every way, I don't understand the negative feedback from others.

A+++++. Absolutely brilliant. Very fast delivery (2 days) and just perfect in every way. I can't praise this company enough. I'm extremely happy with the brilliant quality, brand new condition, excellent value and perfect appearance of the double-bed divan with headboard and mattress that I bought, all packaged in strong plastic with the 4 corners of the headboard packaged with protective cardboard and then wrapped in strong plastic. Everything was packaged beautifully and due to be delivered on a day when I had an appointment to be at a bit later on the same day. I rang the company the day before delivery and spoke to a very friendly lady that informed me of the exact time my bed was going to be delivered to ensure that it wouldn't clash with my appointment. On the evening before delivery, I was sent a text with the delivery driver's phone number saying my bed would be delivered and it said 'around' the time the lady had told me earlier on the call when I rang and a link to track delivery. On the morning of delivery, 30 minutes before the bed was due to be delivered, I received a call from the same number that had texted me the evening before saying he would be with me and just a few minutes before delivery, there was a knock at my door. I went out to help carry everything in but the driver said they were heavy and that there was no need for me to help. The driver was very friendly and polite and picked up each piece separately and carried them to my front door and brought them into my hall and took a photo before asking me to sign to confirm delivery. They also updated the tracking showing a picture of my front door and each item in my hall as well as my signature. As said, I can't praise this company enough, their prices are phenomenally brilliant and their beds and mattresses are excellent. A perfect service all round. Thank you. A+++++.

I ordered 2 driven beds

I ordered 2 driven beds. Delivery arranged for Thursday driver came delivered mattresses and headboards but couldn’t deliver bases as they would fit in the lift. Spoke to customer service who said it will be a 2 man job to bring them upstairs and it will be additional £35 which I paid. Friday again only one man arrived and couldn’t deliver. Spoke to customer service who said will call me back. No phone call. I tried calling back Friday evening no answer from 15:00-18:00 even though website says they are open. Monday called customer service who said the driver can only deliver to 3rd floor. No where on Amazon does it say this. I paid £514 and £35 for order and have given me £180 refund then when I said I have 2 headboards that are no good as I don’t have the bases they wanted to charge me to collect them. Poor customer service don’t care about its clients at all. My mum who 80 and as heart problems was left to sleep on mattress on floor for 5 days whilst I tried to get this sorted they have no empathy whatsoever only care about taking peoples money. Refund came two weeks later and they took out tax. This company is so bad please consider others

Wrong day!

Ordered a bed to be delivered on Thursday 26th Feb so that I would have help to carry it upstairs. It arrived today, Monday 23rd Feb. Driver said not his problem. Helped him as best I could to get it unloaded, I am 72 with arthritis, not easy for me. Once in the house I noticed the mattress was labelled as 4ft. I pointed this out as I had ordered a 3ft 6in bed. Advised that the mattress was correct size just labelled wrong. I quickly got a tape measure and it measured 4ft. The driver apologised as he had unloaded the wrong bed. This meant helping him get it back on the van and getting the correct one unloaded. I now have a bed taking space up in my living room until Thursday when it should have been delivered. Don’t trust this company!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute con artists. I ordered flooring through the which turned up the wrong size and the only options they gave me (for their error!!) was a 20% refund or I could return the item which I'd have to pay for and organise myself and then I wouldn't get 25% of my refund because I would be charged for a restocking fee. None of this is transparent with B&Q or Furnishings UK Ltd or Mega Flooring UK or Home Furnishings UK Ltd (whichever version they are because they've used 3 different names, who knows which company it actually is). They also listed on the B&Q returns form the reason for the return was that I changed my mind, which is not correct. God knows they are a B&Q "verified seller".

Mattress delivered was not one advertised on website

The mattress delivered was not the one described on the website. Home Furnishings Ltd who also operate under'Rapyal' and 'Cheap Bed Sale' were adamant we were being delivered the one advertised but we have had this brand of mattress before and it simply was not. Wrong brand, different materials, different feel, not the same mattress at all. We feel deceived.
Delivery was two days later than it should have been but we were kept up to date with this via text messages and phone calls.
Initial contact was difficult as customer service number advertised on site doesn't work, no one replies to emails.
They only pick up calls on alternative contact number I found in their logo.

DO NOT USE

Sent the wrong brand mattress of a lesser standard and being very tricky about a refund. The delivery company they used was also useless. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ansar brilliant driver and the mattress is now right

Ansar the delivery driver was very kind and helpful.

The first one was obnoxious and the mattress was wrong, the company reacted positively and promptly and sent the correct one with Ansar.

A company is measured best by how they turn around an unhappy customer into a happy one.

ROGUE COMPANY

Goods ordered and received email confirmation. Payment taken by Opayo Evalon third party payment provider. No further communication received. No delivery made. Sent email - no reply. Telephoned numerous times - telephone not answered. Left message on answerphone - no reply. Eventually got my money back through credit card. My advice -DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They literally hung up on me mid talking - it's really bad. When I called back there was barely an apology. We ordered a bed from them but we never received confirmation that it will be delivered. We got suspicious and then checked Trust Pilot and found these terrible reviews. We cancelled the order once reading the reviews. They charged £55 to cancel an order - this was not on the cancellation/ refund policy as I had read it before purchasing the item.

Absolutely horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company. Sent the wrong mattress, customer service did not respond to any email, they kept instigating they sent the weigh mattress. Awfully rude lady on the phone was shouting at me, did not introduce herself and simply hung up on me saying she ‘does not have time’. Avoid at all costs and save up, if possible, for a mattress from a more reputable provider.

Awful saggy mattress

Saggyist mattress ever! Company wouldn't collect it without packaging and, as there was a delay in getting it wrapped for return (as it was bought for my disabled son who lives elsewhere, and we had to wait for a new mattress to be delivered, over Christmas, to re-use the packaging), they said it was out of policy for refund, despite regular emails to them. It's so saggy, you can feel the slats through it when you sit on it. I can't even sell it - it's that bad. Now I also have to arrange a tip trip, or I might just burn it.

Impressive bed delivery service

I was extremely impressed with the Hf4you.co.uk delivery service. I needed a bed delivered within 48 hours. It said on their website that if I ordered it there and then, the bed would indeed be delivered the day I wanted it - only 2 days later. I clicked the button with trepidation as I've experienced dreadful problems with a bed company in the past. However ... happily everything happened as they said it would. I was emailed, texted and the bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. No problem.at all. It just shows it is possible to operate a succefull bed delivery service.

We bought a bed and mattress from this company.They sent us a £70 mattress (priced it) when we paid £229 for a mattress and are now ignoring our requests for a refund-do not trust this company they are scammers

Avoid!

Avoid!
Messed up my order of double divan bed, sent wrong drawers 7-8 times... cheap materials; beds bust within a year from a single 11 stone male.. need i say more?
Forgot to mention.. paid over the phone, never received a receipt or anything of that kind.
Now having to buy a new bed, from a reputable company - waste of £600.
