My order came to the door at room temperature so I tried reaching out to their customer service via email and did not receive a response despite several attempts. They do not provide a customer service phone number.
The medication did what it was supposed to. I didn’t eat. It made me so sick, tired, and vomiting every time I tried to put food in my mouth.
The website is not finished, the medication isn’t up to date, and they DON’T have a phone number to call for customer service. The e-mail button doesn’t work. You have to go around a rabbit hole to find a customer service email and you’re lucky to get a response within a few days. Because of that, I canceled my prescription and they conveniently still charged me last week. Still waiting on my refund! Do NOT trust them over other more legitimate and better put together alternatives!
Also, the initial price looks good but it’s easily up to almost $400 now after the initial “discount”.
