Very good experience all the way through
Very good experience all the way through I was delighted that the delivery to UK was free my previous Hexagona still looking amazing after more than 10 years but I think is time to treat myself.

Hexagona: lack of customer service and faulty merchandise
While I was abroad in September 2018, I bought a Hexagona handbag. About 2 months after the purchase, the zipper of this handbag broke.
On 21 November 2018 I contacted Hexagona via their website. I also provided photos of the faulty merchandise. On the same day I received the following response from Julie from Hexagona:
"I forwarded your pictures and message to the customer department. We will get back to you soon with a solution!
Best regards, Julie"
However, despite this undertaking, I did not receive any further communication from Hexagona. I followed up with various emails, but have to date not received any response.
I found this incident an example of not only a lack of quality, but also very bad customer service. And this despite their initial undertaking on the 21st of November 2018 to revert to me with a solution for the faulty merchandise!
