Appalling service to a vulnerable woman with a baby.

Car was provided without any washer fluid and the baby seat we booked and paid for was missing. The advice given was to drive to the airport to collect one! Eventually, a seat was provided after waiting in the sun with a baby for over an hour. Post rental report not provided to us, despite handing the car over personally, report promised via email was never received and a payment is being processed by my bank for €250 without any explanation. The person who collected the car advised there was damage to the door, which washed off with a wet tissue but he insisted damage was there and his friend could repair it for €150. When we disputed the damage again he basically told us we would pay and drove off!
