The car was good, even though I thought I was to have an SUV. The only real issue I had was I was overcharged for being late. I was not late. I arrived around 3:25 and gave my keys shortly after that. I called for an UBER at 3:36 and it picked me up at 4:01. My rental car was processed after 4 and I was charged almost 20.00 for an hour overage which was caused by Hertz’s late check in. I am out of town and have not been able to try and correct this issue.
Kindly change your policy in regards to third parties. Like if someone booked a car from priceline or anyother third party company. The car shows during reservation was never available. So show only the cars which are available at specific location you are looking fir.
