I really like the customer service at Hertz in Hawthorne Boulevard in Torrance, CA. I used to go to a different branch but did not meet my expectations and even though I tried many times it didn't feel I was getting the customer experience I was looking for, here at this branch is different, they work with you and make you feel like they listen carefully for what you're asking for.
Needed more help the morning I went in to pick the car up. Only one man was working. When I arrived there were seven people in front of me. Took close to two hours to get the car. When things like this happen and you are on vacation, it screws up your timeline of things you plan on doing for the day.
