I did not like the lack of transparency…

I did not like the lack of transparency having me sign electronically without disclosure the contract and Hertz policies. I received an email the night before return letting me know in faint lighter text that if I drop off I will be liable until 2 days later when open. I was not told that when I picked it up. I painstakingly tried to contact and change to a nearby employee present location 5 miles away and was charged additional to drop off at that location, the airport 5 miles away. Also in order to add a driver it cost another $15. per day. I will probably be returning to one of the other choices in auto rentals.
