The middle aged white gentleman that…

The middle aged white gentleman that checked me in was really nice, friendly, professional and handled the chaos of checking really well. There was like four people there and he didn't lose his cool and he reassured everybody. He was working as quickly as possible and that he would get to everybody and to please just be patient. His professionalism, Grace and patience definitely needs to be acknowledged!
And since it's a small neighborhood location and not a large airport location, I was impressed with how busy they were. But also with how proficient the two workers are. Everything was seamless, my car was ready when I arrived and it definitely pays to be a loyal Hertz customer
