This review is specifically for the NW Expressway in OKC. I’ve dealt with other locations and staff can sometimes be rude but this location has two of the greatest employees I’ve come across. We rent vehicles on a monthly basis and sometimes 2 times a month. Josh is amazing. He always make sure our vehicle is ready for pick up at the time it is needed. Checkout and drop off are always a breeze.
Made reservations several weeks out. Showed up for rental at 6605 northwes express way Oklahoma City and was informed they did not have a car for me !!! No phone calls no emails. And when I said it was f….ed up I was told to just leave
