Terrible - and I am a Hertz Presidents Circle member

I am a Hertz Presidents Circle member. The car was dirty and had almost 60,000 miles. It had a damaged and worn interior. The attendant lost the keys to the car and was looking for them for 40 minutes. Then he said the car needs to be cleaned and vacuumed - why isn't it ready upon my arrival? So I waited almost 1 hour for the car. To boot, it had 1/3 of a tank of gas. Upon delivery, no-one sent me a confirmation email and I called to confirm that they indeed booked the car as returned. They did not and forgot, luckily only 10 minutes before the grace period ended did they book the car as returned. Very unprofessional service and sloppy experience - and I expect much more from Hertz.
