Rude staff and wrong pricing.

The rental rate debited to me at the time of car pick up was higher than my booking rate. When I protested this with the counter staff, they became very hostile with me and asked me to either pay more for immediate car pick up or wait indefinitely for another car which would be returned soon to this location. The fuel meter was not checked in front of me and was only 80% full but claimed as 100% filled. Extremely rude staff and a very bad experience for me. Very unlikely to rent again with Hertz USA.
