I had an issue with my rental at this…
I had an issue with my rental at this location and was told the manager would follow up. I never heard back from him. Multiple attempts to get a response were ignored. When a customer takes the time to raise a problem, the least a manager can do is reply. This location needs to improve basic follow-through and communication.

No free spouse driver with a gold+ account
We ended up with an SUV rather than a sedan (which is what we reserved), all they had on the lot were SUVs. I have a gold+ membership through my company. The reservation site says that with a gold+ membership my wife can be an additional driver for free. However, the agent made me pay an additional $75 to have my wife added. Something about the way the account was set up. Give me a break.
