My experience was great
My experience was great. Only issue I had was not the fault of the employees at all, it was making my final payment. I used a credit card to place a hold; I was told that I could pay the entire balance with my debit card. But for some reason Hertz system would not accept my debit card for final total balance. Please check your software program to accommodate customers.

The rental office kind of threatened that if I donot return to their place I will be charged $1000 but I guess we can always return to same place. Also rental company told that they will make life difficult if something happens to car and take long time to replace and asked me to purchase additional policy creating financial burden on me
