Friendly Service, but Confusing LDW Charge

I had a great experience thanks to Lauro at the Joliet location. As someone who isn’t very confident with English, his kindness and patience were incredibly helpful. Because of his support, I feel comfortable using Hertz and would like to continue choosing them in the future.
However, I did notice a possible issue with the system. The Multi‑Month contract lists the Loss Damage Waiver as $9 per day, but it seems to have been calculated as $28.99 per day. Another staff member is currently checking this for me, but the pricing discrepancy left me a bit concerned.
