Hertz is putting their locations and people in bad positions
There is a slow but definite decline in service and availability nationally including this location. In the most recent example, I watched several people be told there were no vehicles available even though all but one person had a reservation made at least 48 hours prior to the pickup time. I was not able to get the vehicle type or class I reserved and would have been turned away if one person hadn't returned their car early. The locations feel understaffed and the overworked and harried employees are struggling to justify Hertz's out of touch policies over and over again.
