Consistently Excellent Service from Justin
Every time I deal with Justin at Hertz, it’s a great experience. He’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It doesn’t matter if I’m picking up a car or dealing with an issue, he consistently goes out of his way to make sure everything is handled smoothly.
Good customer service can be hit or miss these days, so I really appreciate having someone like Justin who is consistently great every time I see him. He’s one of the main reasons I’ve continued to have such a positive experience with Hertz.
