When I got to the location…THERE WERE NO CARS !!!
When I got to the location there were no cars, although I had booked the car online that same morning and was greeted by an amazing young lady who apologized profusely. She was the only perfect part of this bad site.
A car came in about an hour and a half later , along with two other customers who were informed that they had no cars for their reservations as well.
The wonderful receptionist made everyone comfortable with a smile and an apology and tried to get them cars.
Hertz needs to do better, including giving this young lady a huge raise
