Communication is Terrible
The communication between Hertz and its branches were not very good at all. The information given by customer service/ support was incorrect, and I was unable to get a hold of anyone at any branch via phone call at all. The vehicle that I reserved, was not available and never was available according to employees. Resulting in a blank trip to the airport to change vehicles and increased costs for gasoline during my rental period.

I arrived downtown Fort Worth to pick up my car and the lady that helped me was awesome, got my car and I am a Gold member and she said that they upgraded the car and we really needed the extra space and it made our travel so much better.

Wow great service
Wow great service! Very friendly, free upgrade, fast check in , very nice and clean car, amount charged what quoted! All in all was a great experience, I’ll be back. Highly recommend hertz in Fort Worth on Taylor Street for your rental needs!
