Long wait times and dirty car
The place was understaffed, which led to a long wait times. The employee that helpled me wasn't very friendly. The Gold membership didn't do anything to check out quicker, and they also didn't allow me to upgrade the vehicle, which are perks of the membership. Not worth it. And the worst experience was getting a dirty car. Do not recommend.

The young woman at the desk, all alone, was overworked. She did a great job and should be paid double her salary as she did the job of 2-3 people. The company, Hertz, overbooks reservation to an extreme amount and should not be trusted!

All went well except the pick up
All went well except the pick up, where we had a 2 hr wait in line. I'd say avoid the downtown Denver location (on Welton st.), it's terrible. The staff did their best but somehow the processes at that location are poorly designed and it takes forever for each person to get their rental.
