I paid in advance to an agreed rate and upon return I was charged an additional $100 which has no explanation and I am now disputing this with my bank and also writing to the BBB as this is not acceptable
I booked and paid for my rental a week + in advance and when I went to pick up the car at 12pm I had to wait 45mins to even start the pick up process. Then the manager informed me that the car I reserved wasn’t available and tried to give me a car of lesser value than what I paid. Once i voiced my displeasure he told me to come back at 3pm and he’ll have the car I reserved ready. At 2:55pm he had another employee call and tell me my DL failed the scan which wasn’t true because he never scanned it to begin with so I went back in person and had them scan it in front of me and now all of a sudden it scanned. So I waited another 15min just for them to tell me they still don’t have the car I reserved. I reserved and paid for an electric Tesla and ended up leaving in a gas Chevy equinox!!! Not only was it unprofessional it was insulting, disrespectful and degrading to play on my intelligence! I’ve been renting my cars there for years and never had any problems with getting what I paid for maybe it’s new management but whatever it is needs to be addressed!
