The customer service at this location was great. The only issue was there were no vehicles available at my pick up time! I had to wait 2.5hrs for a car.

Choice of cars
I was only given 2 choices of cars even though I had paid in advance. The car I ended up accepting was extremely scratched around the entire body. The car did not lock from the inside. You had to use the remote. The mileage was bad.
The other car that was in better shape was not ready because the rental had just returned it while I was in the office. My time was limited so I wasn’t able to wait for the transition.

The customer service at this location was great. The only issue was there were no vehicles available at my pick up time! I had to wait 2.5hrs for a car.
