Always the BEST experience!

I always have a great experience at the Buford location. The staff is phenomenal in how they handle not only me, but also other customers. Antionette is Awesome! Professional and personable. She is also knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They are usually busy and I watch her handle each customer as if they are the only ones there without making everyone else feel neglected. She really is a jewel for this company! Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained. I will always rent with Hertz, and if I can at this particular location! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend!
