We loved the car we rented

We loved the car we rented! The only reason not a 5 star is because when I arrived to pick up the car and when I dropped it off, there was no one at the desk. I had to walk through the office to find someone. First time, he was washing a car out back. Second time he came into the building from the front door after I had searched again finding no one there. The guy was pleasant once he was helping us. Just a different pickup since we usually pick up from airports.
