Car steering wheel vibrated too much for my trip.
After I rented the car. When driving on the express way the next day, the steering wheel vibrated uncomfortable. So, I did not drive the car on my trip. However, the Hertz facility was closed, and I had to make my trip in my own car. So, I could not return the car for a few days. You can tell from the odometer that I only drove the car a few miles. I called and told the local hertz of this problem. Yet I was still charged the full amount for a car I could not drive.
