Expensive and did not deliver

Hereshons Zhoosh Foam was promoted as a product that gave your hair lift and made it look fuller. What a load of rubbish. My hair looks limp after using it. In fact it has no body at all, I paid double the price of a nigh street mousse to get supposedly the added benefits of this product. Waste of money, Do not buy. Very disappointed.

I ordered the small kit including the Zhoosh Foam, mini brush and comb and small AEC. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE A SMALL AEC?! This kit is £53!!!! Hershesons better send me the rest of the kit or refund me my money. No point in having glossy glam socials and you can't even send the right products?!

Disappointing

We ordered a French Shellac at their Belgravia store. It took the lady more than 2 hours to complete (we were promised 1.5h), it was over priced and they could not deliver a standard French Shellac. So result was rather disappointing. In addition they said they would reimburse us for not being able to deliver the French Shellac, but also failed to reimburse. In other words - never again!

Still waiting for my delivery

I really like the almost everything cream. My hair really gets along with this product and this is the 3rd time im doing an order HOWEVER it has been 4 days now and no sign of the delivery start process!! The other 2 times the delivery process was swiftly and now its disappointing! What is going on??? If I don't hear from you today i want a refund and will have to do business with another company!

I bought their Wavemaker

I bought their Wavemaker. It's completely useless. I have used it both for shorter hair and long hair it just does not do what it is supposed to do. It's bulky, difficult to use and does not keep the waves. Waste of money!

Dishonest placement of terms after agreeing to a subscription

I do not recommend Hershesons’ Almost Everything Cream. It left my hair feeling tacky, and when I asked to cancel my subscription I was told I had to receive two more orders—even though I made it clear I didn’t like the product and would not use it. After several back-and-forth emails, I was sent a screenshot claiming that the “minimum of three orders before cancellation” rule was clearly stated on the website.

I checked the Wayback Machine, and on the date I subscribed (7th September 2025), that wording was not on their site.

For anyone else struggling to cancel their Hershesons subscription: check the Wayback Machine for the date you signed up. If the three-order rule was hidden in the small print or added later, they may not be able to enforce it.

In the UK, businesses can set a minimum commitment period for subscriptions, but it must be made clear and upfront at the time you sign up (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If it isn’t, the term could be considered unfair and unenforceable.

Almost Everything Cream": The 'Almost' Is Doing a Lot of Heavy Lifting

Ah, the "Almost Everything Cream." More like the "Almost Everything-That-Isn't-Good-For-Hair Cream." My hair has achieved a level of limpness I didn't think was scientifically possible. I'm pretty sure a single drop of this stuff could oil a small engine.

I've been playing a game of cat and mouse with my subscription for weeks. My mission? To not give them another penny. I get the "Your next shipment is on its way!" email, and I immediately go into combat mode and delay it.

Fantastic customer service

My wonderful hairdryer had a problem with the magnet holding the filter in place. I contacted the customer service team and they told me to return it and provided a Freeport address. Unfortunately my hairdryer went missing in transit. However the customer service team provided a replacement. Charis was so helpful, responded to my messages quickly and kept me fully appraised. It was a joy to deal with Charis and Hershesons obviously have an excellent customer service ethic.

Thank you I received fantastic customer service…

I would highly recommend Hershesons products.
On one occasion I had a problem .
I received fantastic customer service from Hershesons.
I had a problem with my order which resulted in me receiving an empty box with no items in it.
Charis the lady who dealt with my problem could not have been more helpful or kind.
I was issue with a replacement the next day.
She took the whole problem from my shoulders and is dealing with The Royal Mail for me to see what has happened.
Thank you to them for running such a competent customer support team.
Also , thank you to Charis who couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding .

Waste of money!

The box the cream and zhoosh came in are the best things about these products!
I have fine hair and if anything my hair looks finer when it promises volume!
These are not cheap products. I have wasted my money. It says on the site the only way to return is if product is in anyway unused. Of course I have had a use a small amount that is how I know it is rubbish.

Makes my hair frizzier than ever but…

Makes my hair frizzier than ever but now I'm trapped in a subscription plan they won't let me out of. I'm stuck with three orders of this which adds up to quite expensive and is very annoying when I know I'll never use this cream again. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Best experience ever!!!!

Great salon. Fantastic service. Big shout out to Alexis who was absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job. She knew exactly what to do, was very focused. My hair never looked more beautiful. It gave me so much confidence and truly made my day. I cannot thank her enough ❤️❤️❤️ 10 out of 5 stars 😘❤️

Be careful when using this hairdryer

I would like people to be very careful when using this hairdryer. It is so hot, even on the lowest heat setting, it over-heated my hair causing it to break off short all round my head. My hairdresser told me to stop using it.

Brilliant product

Brilliant product! Bought small pot as trial and decided to splurge and buy the large size. Whoever designed this is probably a part time wrestler! Poor, poor design. Please redesign as I would like to use but am really put off on my daily struggle.

Terrible packaging

I ordered the large size of the Almost Everything cream at considerable cost. From the outset, the product - which is in a pump - is incredibly hard to dispense. Simply, the cream is too thick for a pump nozzle - and really should be in a tub, like the smallest version. I queried with Customer Service who advised to keep at room temp (?) and then remove the end of pump tp push the product up!!! Just change the packaging for what is a great product. I want to know Ive used every bit at the price of £60.

Looking and feeling fabulous

I've been a customer for 16 years and still every experience is special, from the warm welcome, to the most amazing hair wash in a spa, latest products, and of course the massage. My hairdresser Ryan sets the mark for professionalism and skill, he is totally dedicated and genuinely cares as do all the team here. You will leave looking fabulous and most importantly feeling it.

Ignoring emails to return wavemaker
I want to return the Wavemaker for a refund but ignoring all my emails and Instagram message. So I have a wavemaker which I don’t find works on my hair and no way of returning it.
