This company doesn't care about you as a player.
They ruin your game by making changes, so all your investment is for nothing + they take more and more money from you. It's a scam company, which tricks people to play their game with a fake ad. I want to refund my money for the last 90 days as I know the policy for one year is impossible but i made a case. And I'll Sue you for not following the rules of purchase And for fake advertisement etc. I got all documented. And I got also others on this. Either you refund your players or we proceed with a lawsuit.

Kindly Eliminate those players who are cheating such as Kelly snatch the earth power thing from Kelly when he is losing he starts cheating because I didn't have that power Give it to me as well Give It to everyone if Cant snatch it from other players as well this is injustice

Every update makes it harder to develop your heroes/titans, now even the hydra shop is limited and the resources you can buy are so useless that not going for artifact coins makes every other purchase simply stupid.
But OMG 10% drop rate of chaos cores, what a prize!

remove this time from the hydra shop! have you lost your mind yet? Making artifacts will take ages. And I'm not going to spend any more money. Because of you, even more people will leave, anyone thought of that?

Just another grind game. Played a couple of years and still don't have a maxed hero. Have wasted money on game but takes to long to get a hero leveled enough to use especially if it needs certain pairing heroes to work. And when you do bang more heroes added to game that make one's you got obsolete. And the titans, all that does is use your resources up more.

BEWARE this game is a money trap - I dream of the day congress passes law to forbid or put a CAP on the maximum amount of money people can spend in-app. This is getting abusive - YouTube is flooded with these ads, misleading 100% of the time, advertising as free games, sure they are free but they quickly set traps for you to spend money and you have to spend if you want to advance in the game - there are clueless people out there who spend thousands of $ and hog the game, making it near impossible for people not spending money to advance. Hero Wars is GARBAGE - they use scam tactics, you will notice in Arena you always get teams more powerful, so impossible to win a battle, no problem, spend money, upgrade and level up your heroes much faster, but as you do this, when you go Arena, just like magic you get teams much more powerful, forcing you again to spend money, and cycle repeats, making it that you WILL lose majority of battles, and when you spend money you will get paired with teams even stronger - this is deceptive - They refuse to refund anybody - t he prices they charge for little things is ABSURD - we need a law to ban such practices. I've uninstalled Evony, Hidden City, StormShoot and this one is next, I will not be downloading ANYMORE games from those bloody YouTube ads, I'm done, don't fall for this money trap. Game can be addicting, but when you level up your heroes it sucks SO MUCH gold coins it's ABSURD, and bottles of EXP, they run out fast so much that when you level up most of the time you cannot up your heroes, you need to buy buy buy - you need to spend thousands of $ every month or week to keep up - AT FIRST they lure you, you will find it very easy you will be able to finish most missions win most battles and have plenty to upgrade your heroes, but as time goes by you will see the scamming patterns. Avoid this bloody game at all costs, you can buy computer upgrades with that money, in my opinion this game should be banned, along with others the like.

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. It requires you to make purchases at every step and the game itself is nothing like the ads. Beware!

This was an epic game for web based, so cell, pc, tablet. Awesome. Then the glitches started. Unable to see what is in the store, pressing the button flashes the info, but not long enough to see if its needed. The lag is horrible and i know its not my internet or pc because i also play world of warcraft and starcraft without issue. I loved hero wars, but now i dont even want to play it. No way to contact custome service either. I have 5 vip accounts so don't say well it is free. I feel like i purchased a game. So fix it Nexter.

they are peices of crap who sent a advertisement about not being like other adds not lying about what its rlly like while playing there ads that do that

This game is kind of fun, but it 100% pay to win. This game is a study in psychology to get the player addicted and hooked and then milk them for money ever after.

Literally every game mechanic is monetised, you even have ways to pay just for the privilige to then be able to pay even more to get even more kinds of items.

And balance of the game is such that as you advance it gets increasingly harder to remain relevant compared to other players who have an advantage by the simple fact they pay more money than you.

This is sad because at its core the game is kind of fun, but the fun is in experimenting with different heros and how well they work together. Sadly to be able to get new heros and then level them up to a point where they are 'relevant' w.r.t to other people and heros in your own team... it either costs 1000$ of dollar... or literal years of grinding.

If you think spending 1000$ of dollars on 'virtual' game items that have no real value in real life... then this game is for you. If you want to have some fun and pay a reasonable price... maybe not.

Now... I am an adult, and I am responsible for whether I spend my time or money on this kind of predatory/addictive tactics. But I hate to think what this does to children who get hooked to a game like this.

The upper leagues in the Global war category are barred to those guilds without unlimited access to money! That is a fact! WE know this... The ludicrous platitudes about increasing power in teams and heroes is risible in the extreme... Try it yourselves... I dare you...! I am 66 now, and I would like to compete with the upper echelons before I die! NO chance of that unless you make it LESS EXPENSIVE to do... And I have spent money, believe me! Staggered at the amount that the top guilds must have spent!
Please, allow more competition at the top, instead of focussing on bleeding us white...?

I used to love this game, until Nexters started allowing cheaters to sue 3rd party apps with minimal punishments. No permanent bans.

The game is more about paying to win, and even when you make a purchase, it only lasts for a week. The game developers are greedy as much as a wallstreet guy. I played this game for almost 3 years. Then I gave up since playing for free gives you losses all the time. I have to put the date as this website does not allow me to go further back to express my experience.

My genuine experience is like this: once I made a purchase, I can win again other players no matter how stronger they are. But, after 01 day, things go back to normal losses. The more you spend, the less you can enjoy the game. Also, they change parameters frequently. So, your investments will be nothing afteward.

unbalanced game, you can spend a lot of money but if I don't tell you that Dante is enough to have the maximum, you throw your money away, the game is fun but if you don't spend thousands of euros on totems you will never win, and dante is too strong

I don't get it. There are no ads and it is not a pay-to-win game. You can litteraly get free rewards from going on the HW community tab! Maybe the hero wars on mobile is really bad. Then just play on browser! How hard is that! This game is way better than you little people think it is. You guys are just haters and just don't like the game. Statement done.

A disgrace to society. This game lured in me in with huge "rewards", which I still regret. Ads are extremely inappropriate (especially "Valkyrie's Favour", among others), gameplay is pay-to-win, and the allure of it all is the shiny rewards available throughout the game. They are using sexually explicit ads and several other cheap forms of clickbait to lure you into their online "community" just to scam and completely suck all of the money out of you. This isn't a game; it's a team of scammers masquerading as friendly game developers. Worst of all, your account upon creation cannot be disabled or deleted, meaning the spam and scam will continue indefinitely. In short: Do NOT let disgraceful "game" made up of legalized scammers reel you in! DO NOT DOWLOAD under any circumstances, and parents, DEFINITELY don't let kids go anywhere near it!

Do not download!!!!! This is the most expensive game there is and even if you spend $1,000’s they will screw you out of it over and over!!! Spending gets you VIP and “expedited support”. Lol there is no support I’m embarrassed to say I’m max VIP x 100 and still no support. Strictly about suckering you out of money!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!
