Hi i ordered two coats on 16th Jan, got my confirmation straight away but then heard nothing untill i contacted them on Sat 15th Feb to ask for an update as i had received no further emails. They replied instantly for my order number i thought all good, then no reply once sent so on Mon 17th i just asked for a refund as one was a birthday gift for this Fri 21st Feb. They messaged back saying thats fine, but the items are already on there way and would be here Weds 19th feb but she could recall. I was like thats fine if they are all ready on there way i will just wait for them as didnt need one till the Fri anyway. Well they arrive Thurs 20th feb, they hadent been sent when she messaged as she never actually sent them untill yesterday Weds 19th Feb. And the best bit she sent the wrong sizes ordered age 5-6 in one coat and 18 to 24m in the other. Both arrived with the szing 140 now i know that aint going to fit a 18m old and when i chwck a sizing guide the age range for that is 9-10. I have now heard back from the seller and app 140 is age 5-6 for the oversized look. They apologised for the mac being the wrong size and are refunding that without the need to return..still down a coat that was really wanted but will look elsewhere.

I would have given no stars if this was an option. I wish I had also read previous reviews. This business seems to be a scam. Placed an order four weeks ago aware that the brand was being restructured I allowed three weeks before contacting the company to ask about when I would receive my order. I did not receive a response so had to follow up with multiple emails, once I received a response I was assured my items were being sent out with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. I had asked for the tracking information which I never received I followed up again with multiple emails and got no response, the items were clearly never sent as waited a further three days before emailing. It was only when I mentioned in my email that I was going to contact citizens advice consumer service and lodge a complaint with them so they are able to report the matter to trading standards that I then received a response. Instead of providing tracking information my order was cancelled and I was told I would be refunded. Terrible customer service and clearly had not sent these items as stated in the companies emails or had any intentions on doing so. Will be contacting trading standards and will avoid ever using this shop to purchase items in the future!

Very bizarre experience!
Ordered a few pieces, asked for updates as I never had tracking information or updates.
Messaged a few times asking what was going on, they sent out 1 outfit. Cancelled and refunded the rest without letting me know
Then said they’d send the remaining outfits when they’re ready.
Not heard or received anything.
Very weird company, and customer service. Very upset I never received the rest of my order

Had a few items from here now and can honestly say it’s the best small business I’ve bought from. My baby girl has had all her firsts in outfits from here. Customer service is the best. Always been messaged back when I have questions and always given access code to sales. We love buying from here!

Placed multiple orders with Hermosababi and I have been happy with them all. My most recent order was the angel coat, the fabric and quality is amazing, it is such a beautiful coat! I have had quick delivery on all my orders and definitely within timescales, I definitely be ordering more in the future for my little girl 🎀🩷

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered my little girls Christmas outfits from this website on 30 October 2024 with a lot of contact initially from owner re delays but said I’d have the clothes well in time for Christmas. Then got told my order was being sent in December on a specific day via Royal Mail next day delivery , then got told it had been sent but she couldn’t find the tracking and I still should receive it. Only when I raised a dispute she replied re the delivery may I add. She said I will still receive my order and it had been mailed . Got my refund as the dispute was resolved in my favour . Absolute lies throughout which is the worst thing about it and looks like a lot of other people in the same boat.

The reply is just WOW. I have so many emails and instagram conversations with you which is probably why I got my money back. It’s just the lying! People understand teething problems with businesses but this is why people are saying you’re a scammer. The lies . Something is very badly wrong with your “company”

Ordered the London Mac for my little girl it looks beautiful on and a lot more expensive than it was! Had so many compliments. Will be buying from here again :)

AVOID!! Ordered multiple items did not recieve all. When emailed to ask about missing product they replied and asked for my order number then ignored me ever since. Order was placed in November been emailing since middle of December and still no reply or no item recieved.!!

Ordered my baby girl clothes for Christmas 5 weeks in advance it says 1-3 weeks on the website. Bitterly disappointed I never received the items for Christmas and still have not till the new year. I’ve had to put in a credit card dispute for my money back as I’ve had no further response to my emails and Instagram messages. The clothes did look lovely and I would have purchased much more from the range however given this experience I sadly would not.

I’ve ordered a few items from Hermosa Babi and they are everything has been stunning. The material is excellent quality, everything has washed well and it’s all even more cute in real life. I find the sizing is pretty spot on so I don’t need to size up or down. I’m definitely going to be a regular customer!

I would avoid this company at all cost, I have seen their advertisement over social media believing they were a good company. After checking out their website I placed an order in November, after 3 weeks of waiting I had emailed them and messaged on all platforms. They finally responded after I have sent them 6 emails in regards to my order, they managed to send out only two items out of the four I ordered. When I emailed to ask when will I receive the other two they completely ignored me. Again only managed to get a respond from them by messaging them on instagram, was informed they will refund me as the items are out of stock but wait they did not send any email confirmation but my refund. So I had to email and message them on all platforms and yet again they are ignoring my messages. I’m fed with this nonsense, I really believed they were a good company to order from but after this whole mess. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I was you and your thinking to purchase from them think twice, if you like being ignored and poor communication go ahead and order from “Hermosababi”!!

I placed an order for the ‘Christmas two piece’ which I needed in time for Christmas day. A few weeks passed and no shipping notification was received so I asked in an email whether my order would arrive in time for Christmas being as it is now only a couple of weeks away. If it was not going to arrive in time for Christmas I asked for a refund.

I then received an email to say my order had been cancelled at my request but ‘not yet refunded’ with no explanation. Now asking when this refund is going to be received and failing to get a response. I feel totally let down by this company being as we were so excited to receive the outfit for my baby girls Christmas outfit but in fact appear to have been scammed.

Not sure if any positive reviews are genuine- please avoid this website.
Took £50.50 from me, haven’t sent the goods and have went radio silent when I ask for an update.
Too many reviews saying the same thing can’t be a coincidence. Reported to my bank and really hoping I can get a refund - so close to Christmas it’s ridiculous to do this with someone’s money.
