Great company

Another order that will be returned to sender due to Hermes inept local delivery service. Ongoing saga with Hermes as soon as I realise they are the courier I know for certain my parcel won’t be delivered. No other courier has an issue with my address. Zero stars

Had a parcel booked for collection , the courier never picked it up,Hermes rebooked again never picked up, made a complaint but it's a waste of time never get back in issue and close the complaint.
The only reason they are used is seen as cheap, I took the parcel to post office to get it sent and cost me 45p more.
Waiting for a parcel that was sent to me on 20 December, tracking shows nothings just despatched and received at local depot, Hermes do not deserve any business, awful company and not trustworthy. I won't use to send parcels in the future. 1 star is being generous too

No way of contacting a human for a complaint. Contact chat just s computer bot giving you pre populated answers

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND A PURE SCAM. The customer service is not real, you can't talk to actual humans. The "official website" is a total scam. I tried to call the number on the website but the number IS NOT EVEN REAL?! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. AVOID HERMÈS AT ALL COSTS!!!

If you need to speak to someone then forget it. Thats impossible. Your tracking number says your parcel is delayed. No reason but you can't find out why and day after day its the same and there is no way of speaking to anyone.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Time and time again they get it so wrong. The CEO has a lot to answer for. I am fed up with this company and their lack of incompetence. When will they review their service and realise that their system just does not work!!!!

I'm awaiting three parcels from beginning dec 21 herpes said they attempted deliver Sunday 10-12 I was in cooking roast dinner herpes said they attempted delivery Monday next day at 18.45 evening I'm sixty I don't go out in the evening I have an entry system that would wake up the walking dead the seller has tried to get my third redelivery to no avail these cowboys and foreign drivers should be charged and fined for excessive damage and outright lying and put out of business they don't communicate the telephone robot does not understand basic English ,they ask for number of house 14teeeen I say was that 40 ,post code T becomes a C ,F becomes S because it does not understand phonetic I'm so pissed off with herpes ,get rid of robot btw her name is holly pmsl I live in a complex if they attempt delivery they never leave a card to say they have been they don't try a neighbour then it makes the eBay seller look like a dick àwful capital A
