had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with MACKENZIE FREIGHT BROKER L.L.C, and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable logistics services. When I initially approached them, I expected professionalism, transparency, and smooth handling of my shipment, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the exact opposite.

From the beginning, their communication was extremely poor. Getting proper updates or clear information about my shipment was a constant struggle. They would either delay responses or provide vague and incomplete answers, leaving me confused and frustrated. In logistics, timely and accurate communication is critical, and this company failed completely in that area.

Another major issue was their lack of accountability. Whenever there was a delay or problem, instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, they would shift the blame onto others or external factors. This created unnecessary stress and made the whole process much more complicated than it should have been. A professional logistics company should stand by their word and take ownership of the services they promise.

The service was absolutely terrible. Completely unprofessional, careless, and a total waste of time and money. They don’t value customers at all, and I would strongly warn others to stay away from this pathetic service.”

Damaged wardrobe

Damaged wardrobe
Hi, I have received my order today and there is visible damage to the boxes and visible damage to one of the wardrobe panels. The boxes have shoe prints all over and one of the boxes is open so possibly missing parts.

Disappointed in the delivery service provided. The first delivery slot was confirmed as 12/01 8am-11am, I waited in all day only to receive a call at 8:30pm asking if they could deliver in 3 hours, which is not acceptable . I then awaited a new slot which first came through as 22/01 8am-11am, which was then cancelled on the day. The delivery that arrived today has clearly been mistreated.
I have not received my delivery yet I have emailed, tried contacting the company via emails with no response. Customer service extremely poor and can not find a working contact number all I want to do is arrange my delivery!!! If the other reviews are anything to go by I suggest companies using your services seriously think again. Absolutely shocking

Zero Communication After Payment

I am writing to report a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience with Heritage Carnival Tours. After completing my payment in full for a scheduled tour, all communication from the company ceased entirely.

They are now completely unresponsive—they do not answer phone calls, reply to emails, or provide any of the services I paid for. This total lack of communication and follow-through is highly unprofessional and has left me without the service I purchased.

I strongly advise extreme caution before sending any money to Heritage Carnival Tours. Based on my experience, they are utterly unreliable and cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises. I have All invoices and Phone call recording everything.

Very bad Customer Support

Heritage Carnival Tours is highly unprofessional. After I booked and paid for their services, they completely ignored me no calls, no emails, no support. It feels like they just take money and disappear.

This company cannot be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs.

Poor value and disappointing experience

I wouldn’t recommend Heritage. The quality of service is no better than cheaper alternatives. After booking, I had to chase them multiple times with little response. The only time I managed to reach someone was through a private number, which is highly unprofessional. While the staff was polite and assured me about a refund, the overall experience was frustrating and not worth the money.

Not providing service

They will call you and offer you free vouchers for some services. Additionally they will sell you there packages

But later when you try to do reservations they will not do it for you

They delay the response and not provide you service

. Don’t fall them.

I opted for a package from this wonderful company, and I genuinely feel it was worth every moment. The package we selected was filled with fantastic amenities that I took full advantage of, making the experience even more enjoyable.

A warning!

We got called over to their place of business on a random day, apparently saying that we won a raffle. The site was a hotel which was not shady at all, and they welcomed us and treated us with refreshments. Even the people we spoke to seemed friendly and professional. The least expensive package price was 10,000 dirhams which we paid. However, it turned out to be a huge mistake as we tried contacting them a few days later but they never answered us or replied. We realized our terrible loss and even filed a report, but no action was taken.

I don't recommend Heritage Carnival Anymore.
they are no keeping the promises what they gave before we make the payment.

anyway they are claiming the company is working since 2008.... but no clue and or evidence is not ready to provide.

Just wait and see what will happen?

FRAUD COMPANY

I am a victim of this scam. whenever I try to contact them via email or phone, they just ignore me. They pay people to give positive reviews. They are just scammers who want your hard earned money.

Now they are asking for more details so that i accidently ignore it and my review gets taken down. shake my head

Thanks to Heritage Carnival Tourism as per discussion from your staff we have received our hotel booking for my family and it was good co operation from company marketing madam & we are satisfied from their service.

Also i observe some competitors try to spoil the company image by giving fake reviews maybe scammers.
