Unfortunate that the response to the review was not great. It was rude telephone service that was received in a follow up call and I was hung up on. However, the emails to follow up were improved and they were accomodating with the payment of the invoice, which I appreciated. Additionally their colleagues fitting the windows came promptly, were friendly and fixed the issue quickly. Overall glad that my window is fixed.

Very impressed with the quality of the windows and the professionalism of the team. The installation was quick, clean, and hassle-free. Our home feels warmer and quieter already. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering double glazing!

Had my windows fitted by Henry and Sons Ltd 5 years ago, and they’ve been brilliant ever since. Recently, one of the locks broke and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded — came out and fixed it straight away, no hassle. Great aftercare and top-quality service. Highly recommend!

Lovely company and very polite definitely they hold an understanding of what I was looking for considering it Bay designed… they where experienced and had great knowledge. Great fitting and installation couldn’t be more happier

Trash company stop the lies
There’s no appointment arranged to come and add the trim to the windows
No one told you trims are not needed.

Now they refuse to finish the job and threaten to void my fensa certificate

Avoid this company, this is how they treat you if you have issues with them no professionalism.

You know a good company when you have an issue and they happily rectify it rather than making it worse for themselves.

Rude staff, Chennel is willing to go back and forth with a customer being rude and threatening. She obviously has nothing to do.

I advise people do not become their customer!! You may live to regret it!

Henry and Sons Windows Ltd have consistently proved to be highly professional and reliable over the years I have used their services.
Their quality of work is excellent and fairly priced. Their installers are polite and efficient,and leave everything clean on completion.
On one rare occasion when there was a problem they could not wait to rectify it .
I have total faith in this wonderful company

Needed a lock replacement, Kelly glazing was very efficient and assuring. I work full time so was able to accommodate evening slots as I was unable to be present during the day the gentleman that attended had a positive attitude and was very quick. Very satisfied

A huge thank you to Henry & Son’s Windows for our brand-new, absolutely stunning windows! The whole team was excellent and did an amazing job throughout. The windows are top quality, and the fitters were skilled and experienced. They cleaned the house thoroughly afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

I too have been told that they will not cover my 10 year guarantee. Avoid as not a trustworthy company.

I have the owners signature on my receipt back in 2016 and they are subsequently switching their name to Kelly Glazing. When presented with this evidence, I was told best of luck raising a complaint.

Despite our 10-year warranty, they have not returned calls or emails to fix faulty material. They have 'rebranded' to avoid honouring their guarantee. AVOID!!!

Be warned when purchasing any windows from Henry & Sons (or Kelly Glazing Ltd Trading As Henry & Sons as they call themselves). Guarantees may not be honoured. Ours wasn't. Back in April 2016, Henry & Sons Ltd installed some pvc windows for us with 10 year guarantee. The owners liquidated the company in Jan 2018, but family members are still involved in the business, which was set up again, under the Trading As H&S Windows & Glazing specialists in June 2018, allowing the "new" company to wiggle out of its guarantee obligations and leaving us no recourse when the (expensive) window developed a fault. There are 3 active companies with Henry & Sons Windows Ltd in the name listed at companies house since 2018, all with the same current people at the head. They are rude & dismissive in all communications. When buying a product with a 10 year guarantee, I wish we had gone for a longer established supplier who were more likely to be around to honour it 8 years on. The company are trying to remove this review, insisting Kelly Glazing Ltd are a wholly different company, who "simply brought the name and phone number of H&S Ltd in 2018". Check out the website. Recently had a new back door windows and locks updated. From start to finish the service was excellent- Jaq kept us informed all the way. On the day the work was carried out to a high standard and the fitters were very professional - would highly recommend

I had used this company more than 10 years ago to do my porch which till date has no problems. I called them again this year to do my patio door. I was met with the same professionalism and the door ordered was installed successfully and to my full satisfaction. Simple - straightforward - no fuss company.
