Very deceptive marketing for Golden…
Very misleading marketing for Golden Visa Portugal. Only after you start paying do you find out the facts. The attorney fees are all up front regardless of whether or not the application is accepted. There are other governmental and processing fees which are not discussed by the sales agents in Miami. Then after you invest in the commercial realty you discover that any return on your investment may take at least 4 years before you receive a single Euro after tax in distributions. It comes across as serious deceptive marketing- buyer beware!!

I had a talk for Portuguese Golden Visa program. You need to be onboard with their service before knowing what you are investing in, at least that's what I understood, asked over and over again to make sure if that's correct. I do not understand who accepts to pay 300K euros before knowing what they are buying. Could be something worth 200K, or 100K.
