Used hench for 5 year or so never had a problem until this year now I've been waiting 2 week for my order that they took money for and was supposed to be express delivery, I've tried contacting them through the online form and Facebook but they removed their phone number to ring
Paid for express delivery... no item received. No one to speak to or email.
Sent me another customers order with their invoice. Contacted customer service which took forever to get any sort of response. Emailed and used their online form. Eventually got a response and they offered me a partial refund and money off next order. This never happened. Chased them but got no response. Not sure what's happened as of late. Their products are really good. Shame their customer service isn't.
