Customer service is supposed to be open on weekdays 11:00-13:00 which is incorrect - have tried calling them today several times within that timeframe only to get the answering machine telling me that the customer service is closed now and open again on next weekday between 11:00-13:00.
Ok, first of all trust and confidence for your customers is crucial. Unfortunately Hemtex has failed in this aspect. They claim to respond to emails within 48hrs on there website, but it’s not actually true; as their response can take up to over a week.
Their customer service number doesn’t go through, despite claiming that they are open for phone calls from Monday to Friday between 11:00-13:00.
You place and pay for an order, but it would take days if not weeks for it to be even processed. I have never experienced a slower service before as I now have with Hemtex! They should up their game, or else a lost customer never returns, nor recommends others to experience the same!
