Helsebixen are NOT to be trusted
Helsebixen are NOT to be trusted. They don't properly show when items are out of stock, and sell you them anyway. They took over 2.5 months to ship me a medical product I needed but was sold out elsewhere. I thought it would come swiftly since it appeared in stock and they made the transaction anyway. I lost a lot of time initially, because I stopped looking elsewhere and thought it would come. They ended up sending the product 11 weeks later when I was on vacation and unable to accept the shipment from the pakkeshop before it would be sent back. Helsebixen were extremely unwilling to help with this. (Too bad) I would like to say this is a fluke. But they actually did the same thing to me a year ago for another a really needed on a time-sensitive basis. Whatever you do, only click onto their site if you want to gamble with your time and reliability. And don't believe when things appear to be in stock with them via pricerunner or directly on their site. Even though you can give them your money - you absolutely have no idea what will happen next, and there will be zero support to fix it.

I am sorry, that our out-of-stock system does not live up to your expectations. We have chosen to run the webshop like this, as our customers then have the opportunity to reserve an item as soon as it is in stock. You can always see the stock status of an item before ordering, by clicking all the way into the product. It is listed right where you have the option to add the product to the basket. At the same time, it is also possible to see inside the shopping basket under the product itself.
However, I am sorry if we could not delivery a product as expected. There may sometimes be delays in the delivery of products, and the date for expected delivery can therefore also be pushed.
According to danish law, we are not allowed to withdraw payment for an order before the order has been shipped. Therefore, the payment for your order was first withdrawn from your bank account when your order was shipped.
