Too many red flags
The email and advert for this scheme clearly mentions “funding” several times. But there was no reference to this in the sales call. Nor were there any questions relating to qualification for funding. Just if I owned my home and I was employed. So they know I have money and can make a decision on whether to buy new windows. Someone is coming round tomorrow to sell me some windows. It is suspicious. I have read the 5 star reviews here and on all the syntax used is nearly identical. None of the reviews use the term “funding” and nearly all reference how polite and helpful the call representative was. I would be surprised if this scheme is genuine.
