Paid for a product and nothing turns up. No email from DHL, nothing from HellyHansen….so basically you take peoples money and then deliver nothing! Appalling service and I would never purchase anything from you criminals again!

I placed an order at hellyhansen com/en_de . I decided to return the order, but the store has not processed the refund for over a month. I returned the order through the Hermes parcel delivery company qr code that Helly Hansen provided me for the refund. I returned the order and the store received my refund. However, for some reason Helly Hansen only processed the refund for 1 item. They say they only received 1 jacket from my order. The store says that the package was 100 grams. But the jacket with tags and packaging weighs clearly more than 100 grams. At the moment I still have not received a refund for my return. Be careful when you decide to place an order here. Black t shirts turned brown after one…
Black t shirts turned brown after one wash, and after wearing them about 6 times, loads of holes appearing in the clothing. I thought i was buying the best quality work clothing, but i actually bought the worst. I have had T shirts that cost £12 last for years with no issues…. This brand is absolute junk. Now for the customer service…. It takes them 3 days to reply each time to an email, asking silly questions, When the photos clearly show the problem. I have just had to give up and throw the lot in the bin, after spending around £300 on clothing, and another £150 on branding to go on the items…. Absolute waste of money. I dont even want to wear the coat, advertising with the HH brand on them, advertising for them. Fuming

I had an issue with a Helly Hansen item I purchased online. I contacted HH and they were very helpful and replaced the item with an even better item. The issue with the HH item was not my usual experience with this company so this was my first time to have an issue and HH customer service were exceptional in how they resolved the matter to my satisfaction. My confidence in the company is higher now than before my issue.

Great Customer Service
We contacted HH after a rain jacket we purchased 10 years ago, started peeling apart around the hood and down the back, leaving debris all over. We asked if the jacket was still under warranty and it was! The Customer Service response was quick and very easy. We took pictures of the jacket inside and out and the tags sewn inside. They responded with a store credit which allowed us to purchase a replacement jacket. The order will be here next week and we can't wait to wear the new HH when it rains in New England again!

A week before an event, one of our amazing executives asked for orange jackets that we could get embroidered with our company logo. I wanted a Nordic brand (our HQ is in Denmark) that we would actually wear and also needed it fast. I found a men/women's express ordered them. When it came time for me to update our expense program, I couldn't find the receipts. I reached out to HH Customer Care and within 24 hours the invoices were in my inbox.
