The dresses come up large, which is definitely not ideal given the return charge is £15! I ordered two dresses, and the material of one was extremely thin and cheap looking, despite the £80+ price tag. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them sadly.

Stay away girlies! Or be prepared to lose £15 if you change your mind about a dress. I've ordered two dresses, one was lovely and one was poor quality/ material.
Happy to pay for the delivery costs, but not £15 for a refund! This was not made clear at the point of sale.
Don't buy unless you're absolutely sure! x

Charging for returns? Bad form. Especially when you can a) do it yourself cheaper or no cost at all and b) spend so much money. Its not like the garments are exceptional quality and last a while. Disgusting and very disappointing. And only store credit? Poor form for an Aus company. So I've returned a garment at my own cost and now have less to spend and have to spend it with the same company I'm disappointed in. Never again., This is why we are push to purchase outside Aus.

Unlikely to bother again. Returns is very annoying and not competitive - £15 charge for a refund and you only have 14 days to send back AND have to print the label yourself. If you don't have a printer, you have to pay for your own courier on top of the £15! The cheek. If I could get a QR code return label, like every other website, I'd be less frustrated. Nice styles but quality is about what you expect for the price these days, lots of static-y polyester. Better off just ordering from ASOS or Zara for same price/quality but easier return process.

I ordered 2 dresses and both came back lovely quality but 1 had a relatively small issue. I reached out to customer care where Bianca gave exceptional customer service and made things completely hassle-free for me. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because of the issue with the dress itself but I can’t fault their customer service🩷

The dress I ordered was defective, but the support team was incredible and so understanding and helped me every step along the way. They were responsive, helpful, and polite. Totally redeemed the brand. Whoever personally helped me with this order is a hero! I hope she has a great day.

I returned my package but didn’t receive a refund for a few weeks. I contacted Hello Molly and within a few days they had processed my refund and replied to advise what had happened (not their fault just a misunderstanding on my end). I dealt with Tanya who was super lovely and prompt. Would recommend :)

Ordered outfits for my hen do and was really disappointed.
The sizing is completely off — I ordered both a Medium and Large as I’m between sizes, and the website states a Medium is a UK 10. In reality, the Medium fitted more like a UK 12–14, so neither item worked properly.
I ended up having to wear the Medium on the night with a belt as I had no other option, which wasn’t ideal for something I’d specifically bought for a special occasion.
To make matters worse, the return fee is £15 for a refund, which feels excessive for a UK return. It’s very frustrating to be charged that much, especially when the sizing isn’t accurate in the first place.
Overall, not a good experience at all — misleading sizing and high return costs make it difficult to shop with confidence. £15 is a scam too!

I have given this company the benefit of the doubt however this is the final straw. This company makes their clothing look wonderful on the website/models, but it does not arrive in the same condition and does not match the description!
I would not advise wasting time or money purchasing anything from hello molly!
