This might be the single worst…

This might be the single worst experience Ive had with a company. Booked a appt, when trying to set up in patient portel wouldnt send me a link to phone. You cant talk to customer service, theres always a voice mail, you email and no response. I missed my appt because dr couldnt connect and they charged my card already. Cant get a hold of anyone. Great experience when you need to talk to a provider and cant

Well i was unfortunate today and couldn't get away from work for my appointment. I just hope not

I had a truly great experience!

I had an great experience. Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful & professional.
I've been on TRT for 10 years. I needed to renew my prescription but the provider i newly switched to, to my surprise, doesn't recognize TRT as a medical issue.
I was shocked how much Andrew knew, not just about TRT, but metabolic health science.
He asked me more questions, making sure the TRT wouldn't be harmful to me, than Men's Health Clinic (where I first stated TRT) and my previous primary care physician who gave me my last prescription.
Don't have any reservations about the low price. I'm confident it won't stay that way for long. I can see him getting vert busy, forcing him to raise prices due to demand.
If Andrew covers the medical issue your dealing with, don't hesitate, Book him. You will be happy you did.

FYI. This is not a commercial. I mean every word. I rarely spend this much time or thought on a review but he deserved it.

By far the best online provider!

By far the best online and/or tele-health experience I’ve ever had. The doctors office was in contact immediately and I was given a phone number for any questions I could have before the tele-health appt. I’d had a lot of trouble finding a local psychiatrist that was taking new patients in less than 6 months. I booked an appointment and my previously diagnosed condition was evaluated by the doctor, confirmed and I started treatment the next business day. Thanks so much Klarity and Dr. E!🙏

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Stole money out of my account even though I canceled my appointment. Now the provider is refusing to refund it even though it was confirmed canceled previously. This place is a total scam - don't waste your time or money.

I manually scheduled an appointment on…

I manually scheduled an appointment on Monday the 9th but canceled over the phone when I talked to someone who mysteriously says that are in "doctors office." I did NOT schedule the appointment on the 11th so why would I have a need to cancel an appointment that I did not schedule?! When the office called me again they told me that I had to cancel. WHAT?! I had to cancel an appointment that I didn't even make. Make that make sense. Regardless, I promptly canceled the appointment only to be charged $90 for an appointment I didn't even make.

unethical business practices

This platform felt unethical and scammy. Klarity Health held onto my card information and later attempted to charge it for random “late cancellation” fees connected to appointments that didn’t even exist.

The idea that a company can store your payment details and then attempt charges later under false billing reasons is extremely concerning.

Customer support is nonexistent — no live phone help, no email responses, and no accountability.

I would strongly caution anyone before entering their payment information on this site.

End results: Not good at all

I wrote a previous review about the lack of communication with some good notes of a few strong points I clearly misjudged. If you are thinking about using this platform and you are in any sense of urgency, I'd think again before ever beginning the hole you go down here ending in sorrow with exactly zero communication at all. The only comms I received were for me to schedule another visit for $200/30min. or they do Not talk to you. Scam Alert! They've gotten me quite a bit deeper than I was before which will most likely end in an ER/hospitalization. BEWARE! Especially Dr. Praveen Bodakunta.

Doctor Fletcher is the best person on…

Doctor Fletcher is the best person on earth , I'm 60 and have been struggling for years. Everyone I reached out too , mistreated me , recommended I do silly things that r a waste of time and did not have the knowledge or education to recognize my problem and the severity of it. However doctor Fletcher had me figured out by the way I was talking to her on the phone. She asked me questions that pertained to my problem. Iam so grateful to have chosen her and I will want her help forever. I cry now about how others just looked at me and told me to go home, I did nothing for 3 years , now , I'm able to work and function to succeed. It is Doctor Fletcher that opened the door and permitted me to now strive towards success. I think she should charge more because of her value.
