Far too much food. How can I cancel my subscription? The food is fine but far too much for a senior. Perhaps in the future you can modify the amount for those of us who have smaller appetites.

The meals are very enjoyable, especially the meat and fish, which are always fresh and delicious. The only issue is that there’s no choice when it comes to the vegetables.

We have done Hello Fresh in the past and it was ok, it got us out of comfort zone to try new things,

Since re signing up the thing I love most is that there are so many meal options to choose from!

Food is great … delivery on time

The meals are quite good, and the meat and fish are always fresh and flavorful. However, one downside is that there isn’t an option to choose the vegetables.

Our first order arrived 5 minutes before the deadline and it was very adequate portions and the meals were very good but I would prefer that I contact hello fresh for meals and not have to cancel the upcoming meals in advance .

Seriously great food! Easy to follow recipes that make better than restaurant quality meals. I can’t think of anything constructive, no negatives. The ease of ordering, the option to pause and all the menu choices. I’m amazed at the value for the money.

Hello fresh has been so wonderful for me. At first, I just excepted what came and it taught me a lot about what I like. Now, I choose some of the meals. My preference makes the order so much more anticipated.. Thank you so much for the variety to choose from.

The boxes come as promised. The food is very good and ingredients as fresh as ever. I still have the box from last week and the ingredients are just as if they came the day before I appreciate the practicality and the recipes as well. They are very well explained. I just wished that the spice packages when they see spices I wish it would explain what they are because I have food allergies and I had to modify one of your recipes due to that point the reaction I get is an epileptic, which means that I my tongue swells up and I die so please you should make a note to describe the spice packages very very very well. Other than that everything‘s great.

I like the food but i think the choice of recipes are often similar week after week. And 3 times the cheese i receive d in the bag was not good anymore after 3days in my fridge.

No measuring and no leftovers. Food very tasty. Recipes easy to follow.

The recipe was well laid out with all a straight forward approach to preparing the ingredients to make a wonderful meal👍

I'm happy with the food, but the repetitive recipes are becoming "boring". I have never had an issue with missing ingredients or spoiled food. I wish there were a few more options with fish, not just salmon. Please identify when billing as only Hello Fresh, not an acronym.

Overall, I find myself increasingly disappointed with Hello Fresh, and this was made all the more clear when I saw the absolutely enormous processing facility they have in Calgary. Don't misunderstand me, I am ALL about successful companies, but it really explains to me how the quality has dropped. More and more the food is less than fresh, green onions have no white, it feels like they are getting every use out of what really borderlines scrap. Meat is VERY often spoiled, packets often torn and leaking (always be sure to load them into separate containers in your fridge as it's not always apparent *when* they arrive frozen, less so the case nowadays. Customer service is exhausting, and when you finally give up and leave you are bombarded with 'come back' offers that try to lure you back with discounts that hold you as a client (good business if it were coupled with genuine customer 'CARE' rather than scripts from their increasingly cookie-cutting responses from staff and perhaps actual refunds for spoiled or damaged/expired food.

So far after 3 meals, it’s delicious and worth it.

I’m a new customer and my second box is as never delivered and is MIA

When I ordered again this time I put my new address in however somehow you didn’t get it and the box went to my old address. I spoke with the driver and gave him my new address. However he didn’t arrive until late in the day whereas if he had the proper address he would have been here early in the morning. Not his fault. I called and spoke with the girl on the phone and again gave her the proper address. She said it was too late for the next box (I called Monday-delivery is Thursday) so she would cancel it and put the credit on my account for next time. However today I get an email and they say they are getting my box ready for delivery on Thursday. If this one goes to the wrong address again I will be very annoyed since I have done everything I can to make it right. If this happens again I will be cancelling.

The food is tasty and nutritious. It has been a game changer for my husband who has the task of preparing dinners for our busy family. The price seems high so we add extra protein outside of the box which leaves leftovers - making packing a lunch super easy. I also like the sturdy and beautiful recipe cards. From time to time the recipes are however written wrong. The app is not set up well.

I found many recipes i likes and quality was great. I did not feel like a valued customer. After you sign up and receive coupons for even small amounts off your box, the only other benefit is if you convince your friends and family to order. It ends up making you feel like your part of a scam instead of feeling valued for being a continued customer. Most companies (grocery stores and retailers) offer some incentive to keep you coming back becuase you feel like you are getting something for returning and like your business is valued. I am planning on closing my account.
