Refunded order no explanation

Made an order in the 4th April. As this was a bank holiday weekend I thought nothing of the delay in postage. 8th April I get a refund email. No explanation but I believe one of the items was mispriced as it has now gone up £100 in price. Very disappointed as the other item was the one we needed but now has gone up £1 too.

Would recommend this company

Would recommend this company. When there was a delivery issue with the Royal Mail, i contacted the company who responded and resolved the issue super quickly. Fast, friendly service, thank you. We now have a very happy little boy who has his ride on John Deere!!!

Fantastic customer service

We had a minor problem with the dressing table I bought for my Granddaughter. When I contacted Hello Baby to explain that we had a missing part they responded immediately. I was looked after by Fred who resolved the issue quickly, kept me informed of the progress, checked I was happy and also sent an extra little gift for the inconvenience. Very good costumer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Good customer service. Very helpful.

I ordered a few items from this website and all but one arrived correctly. I contacted their customer service via the chat. They organised for the incorrect item to be collected and replaced with the correct version. I haven’t received the correct item just yet as it will be sent today but I was very happy with their customer service as it was speedy and helpful. They are aware that the item is for my daughter’s birthday and they are making it priority to get the correct item to us in time. Happy with the service so far. All the other items I purchased were perfect.

AVOID

Purchased expensive £75 pregnancy pillow. Used once or twice but was very uncomfortable. I emailed saying I’d used it but could I send it back as per their ‘30 day money back guarantee’. Had a response saying I could. I then spent a further £17 to return it to them. They then came back saying it had signs of use (a few hairs) and a supposed burn mark which is untrue, so they won’t refund. VERY disappointed. If I’d have thought they wouldn’t have refunded I would’ve washed and re-sold!

Disappointing Product and Terrible Customer Service



I purchased this baby monitor hoping it would give me peace of mind, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. After just a short period of use, the monitor stopped working and will no longer take a charge, rendering it completely useless.

What’s worse is the appalling customer service I encountered when trying to resolve the issue. Despite reaching out multiple times, the company refused to do anything to help, leaving me stuck with a broken product.

I expected much better quality and support, especially for something as important as a baby monitor. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Hello baby is the best scanning place…

Hello baby is the best scanning place by far and Katie and all the staff are very loving kind and gentle. My little girl wouldn’t play ball in telling us her gender and Katie was not giving up untill she 100 sure. We found out our baby was positive for Down syndrome and Katie and the staff was so lovely and I could not be any more happier. I have been to hello baby for last 9 years and I love the experience each time always feels like your first.
Thank you for having us again and will see you all soon again.

Went for a gender scan today Hello Baby Pregnancy Scanning Clinic I've had it confirmed I'm definitely having a baby boy 🥹💙 we can not wait to meet you my little man noah your big brother will be your bestest friend 💙

what an amazing experience at hello baby I definitely recommend this scan clinic there amazing. So cozy and cute in there I love that the lights change to the color of your babies gender such a lovely little touch 💕 Katie is so sweet and lovely she even complimented me and said I didn't look my age awwh made me feel fab haha 🤣😂 made us feel welcome as usual 😊 so thank you so much guys we won't be going anywhere else ever again xx

Great Customer Service

The receiver broke down (which happens to every product from time to time). On contacting them they were quick with their reply; asked for certain things which were supplied and they replaced the product with no quibble! Very good to deal with and would recommend
