Using the Microgen for preventative health. Customer service is excellent.

The MicroGen device has been instrumental in helping with my healing journey. Biofeedback results from Spooky2 are loaded into the HeaWea database and then portable treatments are possible while I’m out and about. It’s so awesome that I purchased a second device. And… the Support Team is beyond amazing! I’ve received consistent excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, kind helpful support. I highly recommend adding this device to your healing toolkit!

Microgen is a very useful device which allows you to use frequencies all day long ! And it’s easy to use. Highly recommended. Moreover the support team was of a great help to solve an issue in order to be able to use spooky2 and microgen softwares on the same laptop. Thank you !

Awesome 👌 I'm running detox 10hrs a day at work. Then I uploaded my Biofeedback from my Spooky2 and ran it 3 days and ran new Biofeedback to keep loading. Constantly killing and healing 😃 Working on Vison now 10hrs a day on Microgen while at work. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓 528hz

Jared & Leo knowledgeably informed me of the Heawea system, while I simultaneously try to figure out my Central kit that is on is way. Both gentleman have been courteous, friendly, knlogeable & helpful. That's all I expect. Seems like a great company, with great employees.

I generally feel better and have more energy. My mood has also improved a lot. My food allergies are much better and I can eat a bit more dairy products and meat. Gluten also seems more tolerable. I have been using the Microgen for a little over a year. As I am feeling better, I have ordered the second one for my husband and he is already noticing an improvement.
The programmes for the teeth, first the bad bacteria, then the good. I use a lot of Epsteinbarr virus, Adenovirus (for colds). Food allergy 1 and 2 also help me a lot. There are also good programmes for Mind, such as Creativity. I use Calming 1 a lot, and I also really appreciate the blood cleansing and detox programmes.

I recently bought a microgen wearable device and have been using it for various conditions. The one that stands out is my Dad was experiencing sciatica pain that was radiating down one side of the hip. I made a program for various sciatica and disc settings that was a 2 hour program. The next day after wearing it, my Dad said he had a 75% improvement in pain level. I know it won't always help that quickly, but was very impressed for a first try!

Firstly I love using the heawea as its got the largest selection of programs. And the customer support is one of the best with replies within 24 hours and always taking the extra effort to provide help more than I requested. Thanks Lisa for the wonderful support. Much appreciated 👏

I needed some info about the software after re-installing it. I was missing a file. Lisa, who helped me, was quick with her respons and helped me well.

I needed more sets of heawea low and high power cords because we use our two units daily, even sometimes overnight. But we could not wait months to receive them. I contacted customer service and asked what we could do abd was told express shipping would get them here quickly. I also asked if my loyalty rewards could be applied and this was reflected on the invoice I received from Paypal. Everything went smoothly and we got the cords in a week instead of months! Great product, wonderful results, and very helpful customer service experience ❤️
