Fantastic service. New boiler installed in the loft, old boiler removed, system all flushed and connected up to existing underfloor heating and standard heating systems. Great service - many thanks to Paul, Mark and Joe for sorting out

Heatco were recommended to me by a colleague at work...after doing a lot of research I contacted Joe who was highly professional and accomodating....they had to replace two taps with one set of pipework locked behind a lower kitchen unit...the work done was first class as was the price ..I have added this plumbing company to my phone contact list as they will be my first "port of call" in the future. In addition, I will certainly be recommending them to both colleagues and friends.......first class all around..👍

Needed replacement boiler. 19.October 2021
After trying several unreliable plumbers for quotes, I searched the internet, and came across St. Albans based “HeatCo”….
They let you book a consultation date on their website and within a couple of days the Ingenieur Deene turned up (who is very professional and very pleasant) to inspect my CH system.
I had done some research and knew that I wanted the Worcester Greenstar 32CDI Boiler to replace my current 20 yr. old Worcester, and Deene was reassuring me that my boiler choice would be a perfect replacement for the old….
Later that afternoon he emailed me the quote, and to my surprise this was the only company of the ones that I had previously contacted , who had actually bothered to itemise the quote, breaking down the price for every item needed to install the new boiler…. Including a filter, flue, thermostat etc…AND a lot more cost effective than any of the other quotes…
let alone British Gas …or SSE
HeatCo also keeps you updated with messages, telling you exactly when the Ingenieur is on its way.
Appointment booked on a Wednesday, consultation was on a Friday…boiler installed the following Tuesday by Deene.
You really could not ask for a speedier, better, professional and cost effective service than that‼️

Joe and Dean fitted a new boiler for us a few years ago, they did so at a very fair price and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. During the installation they were clean and tidy and the remedial work Dean needed to do after removing the old boiler is pretty well invisible, and most importantly the boiler has worked flawlessly and much more economically than the boiler they replaced. We have had Joe back each year to service the boiler and he has done a full job each time, never skimping on his time or cutting procedures. The other day the heating failed and after contacting Joe he came out and quickly identified the problem for us. We now have both hot water and heating again. I have found HeatCo to be reliable, capable, conscientious and very good value and I would have no reservations in recommending them.

I would highly recommend HeatCo. They fitted a new boiler for us 3 years ago and since then have called them out for a couple of plumbing issues which have been sorted out promptly and efficiently.

I cannot recommend Joe and his company highly enough: they've fitted radiators, a boiler and heating system, and radiators for us and even fixed a serious gas leak. Have been using them for many years now and always find all the chaps friendly, efficient and hard working. Work has always been done on time, with minimal disturbance and fuss...and always a smile! Prices are always as quoted and very reasonable. I would never use anyone else.

I have been using the services of HeatCo for quite a few years now and I would recommend them without hesitation. Both Joe and Deene have visited our property and we have found them both to be very competent, trustworthy, incredibly helpful & they have gone beyond the call of duty in recent times assisting us with a big problem. They do our annual service for our boiler and under floor heating systems as well as ad hoc jobs.

This year, however, they also assisted us at short notice when we encountered a problem with our boiler which, which latterly realised, needed a new part. We had actually called in our Home Emergency Service which we had as part of our House Insurance policy with a big, well known firm with a great reputation...what could go wrong! Well, we ended up with no heating nor hot water for over 3 weeks. The company ended up asking us who we use for regular services and actually asked us to bring them in for their opinion. Although it was an unenviable situation Joe came around and ended up solving the problem for us where the insurance company had not. Deene even gave up a Saturday morning for us to fit a new boiler which ended up being needed so our children wouldn't be cold any longer!

I have just discovered that HeatCo now offer annual maintenance contracts so I will be looking at those now!
